SEDONA, AZ (November 12, 2009) - Studio Live Sedona presents a group of shows featuring some of our great local talents.  The Sedona Performers Guild (SPG) Theme Night, power trio 3rd Point and Blues Dawg with special guest Suzie Schomaker will all take the stage for out-of-this-world performances.

On Thursday, November 19th, Studio Live presents the next installment in a series of Sedona Performer’s Guild Theme Nights. This week’s show is a tribute to the music of two prolific songwriters of the 1970’s: James Taylor and Joni Mitchell. The SPG Theme Nights are generously produced by Rick Cyge of Meadowlark and feature performances from many Guild members. A memorable experience is certain, as a variety of artists from diverse musical backgrounds perform their chosen favorites from these two artists. Performers include: Rick Cyge, Susannah Martin, Bob Murnahan, Chris Seymour, Nathan Trujillo, Saith, Jeannie Carroll, Joy Sinnott, JJ Corcoran, and Henry Twombly. Tickets are a $5 suggested donation to support the Sedona Performers Guild. Seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis at the door. No advance reservations will be taken for this performance, which begins at 7:30pm.

The band performs originals and covers, all greatly influenced by the masters of Chicago, Memphis, Texas and California. With Joe Neri, the band’s founder and originator, on guitar and vocals, Keys Marsh on keyboards, Hutch Hutchinson on bass, and Ed Tortorello on drums, they are sure to rock the house.   Show starts at 7:30.
